Tips on getting a flawless skin ♥

♥♥ Hey guys! ♥♥

I have received so many requests on 'how to get a flawless skin?' . So today I'll be talking about how you can achieve a healthier and dewy skin!

1: SLEEP

Sleep is very imporant because when you're sleeping, your skin is repairing itself and if you don't have an average of 8 hours of sleep everyday, your skin would not have sufficient time to repair your skin and that causes your skin to look 'patchy'. (If you know what I'm talking about lol)

2. WATER

It is very important to drink at least 8 cups of water every single day. By drinking water, it cleans all the 'unwanted' and 'bad' things in your body! (Which also means clearing up acnes, pimples etc). It also hydrates your skin so your skin would not be dry.

3. WASHING YOUR HAIR

Some of you guys might be thinking, "What does washing my hair have to do with getting a flawless skin?"
My answer to you is, washing your hair is so important because you spend a good 8 hours when you sleep, and your hair is always in contact with your face. And if you do not wash your hair, all the dirt and bacteria would still be there and the bacteria and dirt is 'transferred' from your hair to your face. And this leads me to my next point..

4. BEDSHEETS

The next point is Bedsheets. Pillow cases to be exact. If you read on from my last point, you would know that when you sleep your face is in contact with your pillow and hair for almost 8 hours. And that is why it is important to change your pillow cases at least once or twice a week. This prevents any dirt and bacteria 'transferring' onto your face and causing acnes and pimples. (No one likes a face full of acnes)

5. REMOVING MAKE-UP

Removing your make-up is probably something you should already been doing. I understand some times we get home really late and all we want to do is to sleep (without even taking a shower). But leaving your make-up on your face and not remove it, causes you to 'transfer' those bacteria onto your pillow case. Not only that, you're not letting your skin 'breathe' and this would cause your skin to age faster.

Some good make-up remover wipes I recommend; (probably the best ones I've ever used.)

This make-up remover wipe is so good! When I have eye make-up on, I would use this remover and place it over my eye and after like 3 seconds, I'll swipe it off my eye and BAM! all my eye make-up is removed. And yes, I mean ALL. Of course this would mean the product is a little pricey but if you're willing to pay for something this good then go for it! I bought the container (came with 1 remover wipe packet) and it cost around $21.90. And after that, you can just buy the refill pack for $17.90 when you run out of it.

6. CLEANSING

I'm pretty sure the reason in cleansing your face is pretty self-explanatory. The main reason is to cleanse your face. (Maybe that's why it's called cleansing your face lol). Anyhow, it removes the dirt and excess make-up your make-up remover didn't remove.

6. EX-FOLIATE

Ex-foliating your skin is important because it 'scrubs' away your dry skin and any unwanted skin on your face. After ex-foliating, your skin would feel really smooth and soft!

Some good ex-foliates I would recommend;

They vary from different prices and all work well :)

If you don't want to spend money on an ex-foliate, you can always use a brush or a ex-foliate 'machine' :)

7. MASK

This isn't a must but it makes your skin better and give your skin benefits so why not? Some mask make your skin lighter (which is a thumbs up if you're asian. Asians would know what I'm talking about haha), and other mask have different benefits. Just buy one that you suits your needs the most :)

Here are some that I loveeee;

The one on the left is a blackhead pore strip and what it does is pretty much remove the blackheads on your nose lol.

That is all for today! I'll talk to you guys in my next entry :)

BANGKOK Trip Day 3!

Hi friends,

Today I'll be blogging on my Bangkok Trip Day 3.

So we woke up really really late and we took a shuttle bus to Siam Centre and reached around 1:30 pm.
When we arrived, I was really amaze at how nice the interior design was..

Look at the pretty lights!

And omg look they have a magnum ice-cream restaurant here. WHAT.. I would totally try some of the ice-creams they sold if I had the time but we were 'late' so we didn't in the end.

And I said that we were 'late' cuz we were planning to go to chak tu chap market which was only open on weekends..

LOL parents..

We decided to have our brunch (Breakfast + Lunch) so we went to the top floor.
After looking around at all the restaurants and looking at their menus (with ridiculous prices), we decided to just have a simple meal at the food court. (which look really nice btw)

It kinda feels like I'm having lunch at a park or smth. (A picnic). The atmosphere is lovely and I just love places like this.

After looking around, I really didn't know what to eat and it wasn't like cheap or anything. (obviously it's cheap if you compare it with Australia). When I say it isn't cheap, I mean the prices were kind of like restaurant prices and this was a food court..

( It was more pricey then other places because this mall is catered towards the rich people and that's why all the branded stuff are sold here. )

Anyhow, I decided to try the Korean food! And I ordered the 'hot stone bowl traditional meal'

I kinda forgot to take photo of it before eating cuz it smelled sooo good so I took a photo after stirring it.. Whoops!

After that, we decided to walk over to the information counter at Paragon to ask how to get to the market. And on the way there.. GUESS WHAT I SAW?? KRISPY KREME OMG RWBGIWNFESM !

Look at how good everything looks omg. I seriously wanted to buy every single one but I just had my lunch before this and I was soooo full so me and dad ended up getting one each.. :(

I got the original glaze while dad bought the graham crunch :) YUMZ

And we kinda sat in the stall to eat our doughnuts and by the time we finished, it was already 3pm so we decided to just stay at the mall and go to the market tmr. YAY cuz the weather was so hot and I wanted to be in the mall (air-condition :P)

We went up to the second level and guess what.. We saw Iron Man haha.

Dad was being cheeky haha

We walked around the shops for quite a bit and then headed off to central world for dinner.

That is it for Day 3 and I'll end it off with my Buys of the day;

THANKS FOR READING! x

BANGKOK Trip Day 2!

Hey guys! As you can already tell by the title, I'll be blogging about my trip to Bangkok Day 2! Day 2 was probably my favourite day out of the whole trip. Read on to find out why :P

Outfit for the day!

Look at those muscles! *shows off muscles*

I was so so excited today that I couldn't sleep at all last night!

And the reason why I was so excited is because....

We were going to Platinum Fashion Mall today! Whoooo!

So we decided to have our lunch first when we reached the mall because we were so hungry! (Plus we need some energy cause we will be walking the whole day!)

Food stores at the food court.

Everything seriously looked so good and I had such a hard time trying to figure out what to eat. (Tbh, everything looks good when you're hungry..)

So I decided to try the pork trotter rice with egg and salted vegetables. And omg you guys, it was probably the best thing I've ever eaten in my life. No, seriously. Best part was that it's only $2 (LIKE WTH OMG)

After that, we started SHOPPINGGG! And I was too excited that I forgot to take a photo aha. But if you're curious how it looks like, you can click here: x x x

We shopped from 12 noon to 3 pm. And then we took a mini break at 3pm cuz our legs were killing us! We decided to get some swensen's Ice-cream cuz the weather was sooooo hot. Haha

After our break we went back to shop till 7 pm and the mall was closing so we decided to walk over to Central World Shopping Centre for dinner.

Mom wanted to take a look at their local supermarket cuz we weren't that hungry and we thought we could just kill time by looking at some stuff.
And when we reached the supermarket, I literally ran (not really) to my fave section. The Korean/Japanese aisle.

Favourite chocolate!

After walking around for quite a bit, we decided to settle at MK Gold Restaurant.

My parents love the food here so whenever we're in asia, we always make it a point to have our meal here at least once.
They are known for their delicious steamboat!

Get ready to be bombarded with heaps of mouth-watering pictures!

I absolutely love how they plate up everything and how everything is gold/gold-related. Feels super emperor-ish haha.

Even the menu is gold.
First plate we ordered! (shabu shabu)
Look at how cute this bowl of rice is. They kinda put a little brown rice & barley on the top. Super cute!
Waiting for the food to be cooked..
Second/Third plate. (Mushrooms/ Meat&Fish balls.)

The next dish we ordered was this squid thing and tbh when it first came I was like 'so they're serving us food that we can't see??' And when I looked closer, I was like ''okay right. I see it now haha.' LOLOL
All cooked!
Me and mom :) x

After that, we decided to look around at the shops and look what I saw :3
Am I the only one that used to love building my own bear when I was young?

You see that bear in the ballerina skirt? We became best friends that night.

And then, it was time for some ice-cream ;)

Had cookies & cream as usual ;)

The people who were working here were really rude. Like they had really bad manners and when I was trying to decide which flavour to get, they were like 'hurry', 'so long', 'waste time'. LOL WHAT THE HECK.

After that awful experience, we walked home and dad decided to take a 'shortcut' which wasn't really a shortcut tbh. But it felt like it was shorter cuz it was just one straight road with no rat/mice. LOL

And to end this post off, I'm gonna show you guys what I bought today!

Thanks for reading~!
